How does our vision work? Generous donations of high-quality clothing and household goods become saleable items. Their proceeds will support services to our community by providing licensed counselors, group spaces, and a growing network of community partners.

Greater Goods Thrift Center was created from the generous hearts of Christ Community Church, Defining Moments campaign, with a vision to merge generosity with community.
Our vision is simple yet powerful. Every donated item and every purchase contributes to a greater cause. Greater Goods is more than a thrift store, it is a place of second chances and fresh starts.

Who is Lisa Applegate? She is a dedicated leader with a deep passion for thrifting and community service. As one of our Board Directors and the future Operations Manager, she is committed to creating a space where second chances thrive. Her love for missions began in college, where she led local, national, and international mission trips, sparking her lifelong dedication to helping those in need. Inspired by the power of hope and opportunity, Lisa looks forward to making a meaningful impact through the Thrift Store and Community Center, bringing renewed possibilities to our neighbors.
